Trainee chartered accountants are recruited across domestic offices in the UK and an exclusive training team is assigned to design and execute a training-cum-work experience programme, in which trainees’ progress is continuously monitored and evaluated.
Formal training is provided by external training centres and in-house training teams, covering preparation for professional qualification exams, business and technical skills and department-specific workshops and training modules.
On the work experience front, trainees are placed within project teams from day one and move across multiple teams and departments, covering as many practice areas and industry sectors as possible, with the allocation of early responsibilities.
