Is Zelle a partner of Alliant Credit Union?
Unlike other banks, Alliant Credit Union is not a partner of Zelle, and therefore the platform will not be available in digital banking. However, this doesn’t mean it can’t it used for sending money. Not all banks must be Zelle partners to use it. The only condition is that your account and the debit card must be from a North American bank to be able to associate it.

Is it safe to send Alliant Credit Union money with the App?

It is important to note that you should carefully review all transactions because once you hit the “send” button, there is no way to cancel it if the recipient is enrolled in Zelle. If you send money mistakenly or a larger amount, you should discuss it directly with the person who received the payment.
How long does it take to send the money when I pay?
One of the most notable benefits of Zelle is that payments are made almost immediately. Transfers between two users registered in the same application should drop when you press the “send” button.
If three days go by and the money still hasn’t been sent or received, you should check that your registration is complete in Zelle and that the email address or phone number is correct.
After doing all the checks and ensuring everything is OK, if you still do not receive the money, you will have to contact the company or make a claim through the online page to request a refund of the money.
