Create an account
On the back of your credit card is printed the URL that allows you to access the website. The address recorded on most cards is the following: https://d.comenity.net/ac/anntaylor/public/home; however, if your card indicates another link, please enter the correct address in your browser.
Accessing this link from your browser will open a platform created by Comenity Bank, especially for Lord & Taylor credits. Click on the “Sign In” button located at the top right of the screen.
Next, a small box will open where the customer must enter their login information; but since you do not have an account yet, click on the option “Need online access? Register now”. This section is located at the bottom of the pop-up window.
You will find a new window with a form to fill out to create an account. The data you must add is the following:
- Credit card account number
- Zip or Postal Code
- Type of identification, which can be your Social Security number, your Social Security number or an alternative identification.
- Last four digits of the SIN
When finished, verify that all the information is correct and click “Find My Account“. The system will process all the information and create a personal account to access all online card transactions.

Can I pay my credit card bill online?
Customers prefer online payment for its efficiency and speed. The payment is immediate, and you only have to follow a few steps to make it effective. Follow these instructions and make your payment online:

- Within the platform, click on the “Payments” option.
- Select “pay bills“.
- Enter the current account number to be debited and the routing number.
- Choose the minimum amount to pay or a higher amount.
- Complete the following steps and pay your invoice online.
One of the benefits of the Comenity Bank platform is that it allows you to create “automated payments” from a section that bears its name. Set a fixed monthly amount and it will enable the bank to credit your payment. You don’t have to go through this process every month. If you want to choose this alternative, you will receive an email every ten days to remind you of the payment to be taken from your account.
Can I pay my credit card bill over the phone?
Another alternative to paying your monthly bill is by phone. It is a free call answered by an automated agent who will indicate the steps you must follow to pay your account.
To make your credit card payment, call 1-866-465-8292 and follow the instructions. Remember to have your checking account number, routing number and credit card ready.
Can I pay my credit card bill by mail?
Payment by postal mail is the least used, but it is also part of the alternatives for customers. This, unlike the two previous ones, is not an immediate process; therefore, we remind you to send the document five to seven days before your due date.
To make this type of payment, you must fill out a check or money order with the current account number to be debited, the routing number, and the amount to be paid. This document should be sent to one of the following addresses:
