The Goody’s credit card is a Comenity bank credit card for customers of this retail chain. The requirements to get it are low, and the bank does not charge an APR on purchases or balance transfers for 18 months. Goody’s credit card requirements
To obtain a credit card, we must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid photo ID, have a social security number, an address, and be a resident of the United States. The application is made online by visiting Goody’s credit card websitewithin the Comenity Bank web portal. There we must enter personal information on the application form, such as name, social security number, date of birth, and annual income.
We must also provide contact information such as our address, email, and cell phone number. We can add an authorized buyer to the account and apply if necessary. At the end of the process, we will receive a reference number of our application, with which we can check the status of the application by calling the customer service hotline.
How to register for online access?
We first need to activate our Goody’s credit card by calling 1 (866) 234-2038. A customer service representative will assist us with the activation process. Next, we must log in to the Comenity Bank web portal, locate the sign-in box, and underneath we will find a link called “Register for online access”.
We must enter our credit card information, zip code, and last four social security numbers and click “Find my account“. Second, we must create a username and password for our account. Finally, we must enter contact information such as an email address and cell phone number and click Create an account.
If we forget our password or username, we must click on the “Forgot username or password” link, fill in the requested information, such as the last four social security numbers, zip code, and credit account, and click “Find my account”.
Pay Goody’s credit card
To pay our credit card, we have several different options. The first option is to pay online through the website. For online payment, we must have a bank account in the United States; it is not allowed to pay with another credit card or method such as Western Union. We can choose the automatic payment option. This way, we associate an account to our card and choose an exact date and an amount that will be deducted each month.
As a second option, if we live near a Goody’s store, we can pay our bill directly at the store. A customer service representative will process our payment, which will appear in our account within the next few days.
Finally, if we cannot pay online or in-store, we can send a check or money order to the company. The address to send our payment to can be found on our invoice and must include our account number for our payment to be processed correctly to our account.
