How does Sam’s Club return policy work?

The stipulated time to return a cell phone at Sam’s Club is 14 days from the time of purchase. Cell phone policy applies to prepaid and postpaid devices and those that have not yet purchased a plan.
What kind of items can I not return to Sam’s Club?
Some items are not included in Sam’s Work’s return policies, which means that the return guarantee times do not apply, nor are refunds allowed for the amount of money used in the initial purchase.

Process of return at Sam’s Club
There are three different return processes at Sam’s Club: take the item to your nearest Club, send it by mail or contact the customer service number to process the return order.
Returning items at the Club
Remember that Sam’s Club stores are called clubs because customers are members of a partnership.
This option is simple: go to your nearest Sam’s Club store, and go to the customer service area with the merchandise and payment receipt. You will explain the return and hand in the item for the customer service agent to reload into the system.
The refund will be given in cash or returned to the account where the money was paid for the purchase; this will depend on the payment method applied at the purchase.
Ship It from your home
It is feasible if you cannot come to one of the stores or want to do it from the comfort of your home or business. To do so, you must log into your Sam’s Club online account and click on “order details” or look for the “Help Center” option.
There you will see the items purchased and the option to return merchandise. Look for the “view details” option on the right side of the page; once there, you must select the “return item” option; this will take you to a page with instructions for the return.
Sam’s Club will email you within 5 to 7 days with the return label for you to print and place next to the package; that way, you will not have to pay the shipping costs since Sam’s Club will take care of everything.
When you send the package to Sam’s Club, it must be packed in the original packaging and the payment receipt so the store can accept it. In addition, it must be in perfect condition for use.
The refund will be issued once the return process is completed. The money will be recharged to the credit card or debit account of the originating account shown on the payment receipt. If you do not have the payment receipt, you will not be able to return the item.
The return by mail can only be applied for items purchased online since they will appear in your account system, and you will be able to do the process yourself. If it is an item purchased at a Club, you will not be able to return it online.
