The selection process for internships consists of an online numerical test followed by several personal interviews and assessment centres. Selection for graduate programmes includes completion of an online numerical test; a first round of multiple interviews based on profile, competencies and past performance/experience; and an assessment centre held in London, focussed on a specific business area followed by a second round of interviews, to discern candidates’ suitability for various departments within that business area.

Applications for all programmes should be submitted here. Applications for all programmes are available from 1 September and are screened as and when they are received.  Application deadlines are based on the business area and programme applied for.

The deadline for all graduate programmes and winter internships is 14 November, 12 December for all summer internships and industrial training placements, 2 January for spring internships and 17 April for autumn internships.

Assessment centres may include case study reviews, group exercises, paper-based and online tests and interviews by various personnel of varying designations within the specific business area: associates, managers and/or directors.
