PwCDescription
PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal LLP (PwC Legal) is an independent member of PwC international network of firms. Our services include corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, information technology, immigration, pensions, employment, banking, commercial contracts, real estate, litigation private client and environment and sustainability.
We offer domestic and international clients both project-based, specialist legal advice and ongoing general counsel support. Not only do our ambitious growth plans make us an exciting place to launch your career; so does our working model, which is unique in the UK legal services market.
As we’re part of the PwC network, we can call upon the wider network's specialists when we need to offer complete, rounded solutions that incorporate multi-disciplinary advice. We often work with PwC tax advisers, human capital consultants, corporate finance experts, actuaries, management consultants and, of course, accountants. We have access to legal expertise in over 70 countries and immigration expertise in over 112 countries. Thanks to such resources, we can deliver a superior service to clients that goes beyond the purely legal.
