The Team Administrator will support the System Advisor in the hiring of world class talent into the business by providing a professional and pro-active service to HC Business Partners, the wider business, as well as the Recruitment and Early Talent Team. They will be the first point of contact for all recruitment queries which is a fast-paced, demanding role that will require those who are able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

  • Answer calls from the Recruitment and Early Talent line
  • 1st Stage review of the Recruitment Inbox
  • 2nd Stage review of Right To Work Documentation and creating HR files
  • Checking offer forms and revised offers in support of Line Manager
  • Assisting with generating weekly reporting information
  • Closing and updating Requisitions
  • Issuing candidate declines
  • Scheduling interviews when required
  • Supporting Workforce with Operative advertising
  • Provide Recruitment Bid Data when required
  • Process and record all invoices
  • Ad-hoc task, printing, filling, creating recruitment packs and postage
  • Assist with booking Recruitment Fairs
