Candidates must have GCSE grades C in Maths and English and 240 UCAS points or equivalent (including HNCs and BTECs) from 3 A Levels. You must also be on target to achieve a 2.1 in your degree,

If you are in your first or second year at university then Mace's Insight Week is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about a career with Mace and to discover the various opportunities within the construction industry.

The Programme

Mace’s Insight Week is a fantastic opportunity for first and second year undergraduate students who are interested in a career in the construction industry. The week is designed to give you an overview of the various career opportunities available to you.  Mace’s Insight Week is hosted at our head office in London and consists of:

  • Interactive workshops
  • Site visits to some of our prestigious projects
  • The opportunity to shadow some of our current graduates
  • Sessions to help with CV writing, interview preparation and assessment centre skills

What happens after the week?

After the week, high performers will be contacted by the HR team with the opportunity to apply for Graduate or Undergraduate opportunities. Having this week’s experience with us will place you head and shoulders above others.

What we are looking for in participants?

  • A genuine interest in a career in the construction industry
  • Construction-related degrees are preferred, however, we are open to all degree disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 240 UCAS points or equivalent from 3 A-Levels (including BTECs and HNCs).

Accommodation and travel expenses are not covered by Mace.
