Scheme Overview
As a candidate on the Site Management Graduate Programme you will undertake a series of modules within the ENGIE Regeneration business to experience first hand how we bid, win, cost and deliver our works. With placements in Supply Chain, Bids, Estimating, Commercial and SHEQ; you will see it all. The programme will offer you a clear understanding of how we operate as a business, and give you an insight into the different departments which you will be closely working with in the second part of your programme.
At the end of each module you will be assessed to ensure your competency and review your progress. A mentor and technical coach will be assigned to support your development.

Following on from your rotations, you will spend the majority of your time within the Delivery Department. You will be involved in, and take responsibility for all aspects of Contract Delivery including: completing works safely, to programme, within budget and to the required quality whilst maintaining high levels of client relationships.

Professional Development
All of our graduates will be given the opportunity to work towards the CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management. The qualification is developed for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have, or will have, operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge.

You will also be working towards Chartered Membership of the CIOB, via the Graduate route.
