Stephanie Kerr is a fundraising development officer. She actually started a law degree, but found that after a year she wasn't enjoying it so decided to apply for the job at Belfast Youth Initiative during a year out. Stephanie is now doing a part time course in counselling and believes that you should always keep your options open with regards to your career.
