Don't get me wrong, I'm aware of white lies and bending the truth for the 'greater good' (profit!), but I get the feeling that a lot of the job is based on playing people off each other, making up dream jobs that don't exist to attract people and trying to get people out of one job and into another to guarantee that next commission?!
