#Justwondering... do internships pay well. I have seen a lot of the really big firms offer them, but I can't find much information about how much or even if they do pay?
Most large firms in law/accountancy/banking offer at least £250 a week. Though in things like fashion and media you are more likely to be offered nothing but the chance to make tea and coffee for other people!
No you don't get paid well but there is an opportunity to do something about it! I got paid terrible my money but nearly doubled my salary by the end of my internship... must make a good cuppa!
Depends what you think of as good pay - most interns would think that any pay is good cos of so many unpaid internships. Banks and law firms do pay pretty well as internships go, but be prepared to put the work in. Some of my friends were working all nighters...
