Company Secretarial
Our company secretarial team provides governance and compliance support for listed, regulated and/or private companies. We perform tasks that are vital to running the company in accordance with the principles of good governance as well as ensuring it is compliant with its statutory obligations. We are well placed to assist in-house company secretarial and legal teams with professional guidance and support to cope with ever-changing rules, regulations and best practice.
We support our clients by providing the following services:
· Global governance and compliance
· Corporate governance consultancy services
· Board support and training
· UK and international company restructuring and simplification projects
· Function effectiveness reviews of company secretariats
· Secondments, providing companies with company secretarial and governance support
· Independent vote assurance
What you’ll do
Join the PwC Legal LLP team in London as a Company Secretary and you’ll be provided with the opportunity to develop skills in your chosen discipline and study towards a chartered secretarial career.
You’ll be working within a department covering an area of business which is increasingly growing ever more complex.
· Join a growing team of qualified and trainee company secretaries, providing consulting, governance and compliance services and advice to a wide variety of clients.
· After approximately six months you’ll have responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.
· You’ll manage annual compliance deadlines and assist with the provision of specialist advisory work.
· You’ll liaise directly with clients as well as the client service teams within PwC globally.

What you need
· A 2:1 or above in any degree discipline
· A UCAS tariff of at least 300 (or equivalent)
