Xafinity is a well-established company in the UK, providing critical business and technical expertise in the pensions and employee benefits’ industry. Core services include advisory, software, H.R. and BPO services for customers across private and public sectors. Xafinity’s history can be traced back to 1836, when HM Paymaster was established.

The present-day entity—the Xafinity Group—is a collection of five specialist companies, including Xafinity Consulting, Xafinity Claybrook, Xafinity Skillbase, Xafinity Paymaster and HR Trustees.

Xafinity employs more than 1,400 people, working out of offices in Crawley (HQ), Bath, Belfast, Leeds, London, Cardiff, Manchester, Stafford, Reading, Stirling, Fleetwood, Worcester and Waterlooville.

Overall, the Group manages funds to the extent of two trillion pounds each year, advising and servicing over two million customers and is the approved software provider to the UK Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS).
