Salary and Benefits

As a first year trainee at Bingham, you will enjoy an annual salary of £40,000. This will then increase to £45,000 in the second year of your training contract.

Once you have qualified, your salary will rise to a whopping £100,000.

If you’re accepted onto Bingham’s training programme, your LPC and GDL fees will be covered. You will also be given an £8,000 maintenance grant for each year of study.
