There’s a lot more to AXA in the UK than you might think. We’re part of the AXA Group, the world’s number one insurance brand, with over 166,000 employees, 102 million customers and a presence in 57 countries – that’s 29% of all the countries in the world. Here in the UK, we have five key businesses: AXA Direct and Partnerships; AXA Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary; AXA Wealth; AXA PPP healthcare; and AXA Corporate Centre.
So yes, we’re big. Impressively and successfully big. But big doesn’t mean impersonal or distant. Not in our world anyway. And big, we believe, isn’t necessarily best when it comes to graduate programmes. So we keep the numbers on our five graduate programmes small. By keeping them small, you get real work and real responsibility, personal attention and undivided support, tailored development and ready access to senior leaders. What’s more, your ideas will be heard, your creativity will be seen, and you’ll have to chance to add your colour to our incredible business.
