Laying my cards on the table immediately, I have literally no idea how to get into conservation. Despite this, it's my goal to one day have a career in this area.
If I'm honest I've only just starting looking into it but unlike other sector (i.e. Accountancy, Law, Banking, etc) where there are millions of employers with loads of possibilities, it appears as if I'm going to have to really hunt.
Not only that, I've got the sneaking suspicion that when I've found relevant employers, there will be a massive number of other applicants fighting for but a few places.
I'm prepared to fight though!
