So I'm practising what I preach. I quit my comfortable environmental office job at the 4CMR at the University of Cambridge, where I was helping to set up what the director wanted to be a high-profile energy efficiency scheme to retrofit the whole city. It was WWOOFing that tipped me over the edge in the first place. I managed to get a few months off and in that time visited this place in the mountains of Spain (pretty pictures with Spanish text - the guy spoke good English though).
